Following earthquake strengthening HSL were engaged to setup and commission the new base build systems for the office tower above the iconic Grand Arcade at 18 Willis Street.

This work included balancing and commissioning new multizone fan coil units Levels 5 to 14, water flow balancing for both heating and cooling, and the tenancy fitouts on L13/L14 for InternetNZ / DNC.

Additionally the fire escape pressurisation systems and the fresh air ventilation systems have been upgraded with new controls and speed drives – so they were performance tested and setup also.
