Hurricane Services recently completed commissioning the air and water systems at the Bowen State Building at 34 Bowen Street, Wellington.

This project involved the commissioning of chilled beams, both demand controlled adaptive beams and active chilled beams; commissioning air handling units and variable air volume boxes as well as a number of ventilation systems and fans.

Commissioning and balancing of the chilled and blended chilled water, as well as heating water systems was performed.

Hurricane services also prepared the Operation and Maintenance manual for the mechanical services for both the tenant and base building equipment.
