As the Grand Arcade gets a major facelift the first and second floors of the former Arcade have turned into a dining and retail precinct.
One of the ground floor shops was recently commissioned by HSL, setting up outside air supply to air conditioning units in the tenancy.
The right amount of clean filtered air is important and HSL ensure the distribution is correct for the occupancy of the tenanted spaces and both comfort and compliance requirements are met.
